La Fornacetta is placed in the high valley of the Fiastrella river, to 500 m. s.l.m in the vicinities of two wonderful medieval villages, San Ginesio and Sarnano. It enjoy one good panoramic view, on the surrounding campaign and the nearest Sibillini mounts (National Park) 5 Km. But it is not far from the sea 40 Km. The structure, is the typical rural house of first of the '900 completely restructured maintaining of the architectonic characteristics intact.
